Convert your compatible Android phone into your ANZ Visa payWave® credit or debit card, or ANZ American Express® contactless credit card, and use it to securely tap and pay when you’re out and about. You can even use your phone to withdraw money at supported contactless ANZ ATMs.

SIMPLE
Registering and adding cards to ANZ Mobile Pay is easy. Once you’re set up, just tap your compatible Android mobile phone at any contactless payment terminal to pay.

SECURE
ANZ Mobile Pay is secure:
• ANZ Falcon™ detects unusual activity across all your ANZ Mobile Pay transactions, worldwide 24/7.
• Payments over $100 require your ANZ credit or debit card PIN.
• Withdrawing money at supported contactless ANZ ATMs also requires your PIN.

FLEXIBLE
Add a wide range of ANZ Visa and American Express® credit cards, as well as ANZ Visa debit cards – you can easily change the active card within the app for added convenience.

To add a card to ANZ Mobile Pay, hold your ANZ Visa or American Express card to the back of your phone. Each phone will have its own ‘sweet spot’ so you may need to hold the card in different positions to the back of the phone to find the location of your Near Field Communication (NFC) reader.

It’s up to you how you use the app to pay:
• Wake to Pay: No need to unlock your phone, just wake it up and tap on any contactless payment terminal.
• Launch to Pay: Launch the ANZ Mobile Pay app and then tap on any contactless payment terminal.
• Passcode to Pay: Launch the ANZ Mobile Pay app, enter your passcode, then tap on any contactless payment terminal.

Remember, how you hold your phone over the contactless terminal is the key to making successful payments. Each phone will have its own 'sweet spot' so give it a go and you'll soon get the hang of it.
